You will pick up your conference pass in the hotel lobby at the conference registration desk on the first day of the conference, Saturday April 8. Don’t worry if you are late, your ticket will be with the “gatekeeper”.
2. Do you offer any discounted passes?
We offer a limited number of student passes ($199), educational discounts (10% off the prevailing rate) and group rates of 20% off regular rate for groups of 5 or more belonging to the same organization.
3. How do I register a group for the conference?
Please e-mail us the names of the people belonging to the group and will make available a special url where they can register and pay.
Yes, on April 2 the price will increase to $399 (late registration) because of the cost associated with late booking of catering.
5. How do I register and pay for the conference?
You will be prompted to register after you add an item (ticket) to the shopping cart. Please make sure to select your meal preference.
6. What hotels do you recommend for accommodation?
We recommend Hyatt Regency Dearborn, the same hotel that hosts the conference. We have negociated special room rates for PbD participants of only $99/night (offer good until supplies last). To book on-line please follow this link:

7. How do I get to the hotel?
If you are driving, the hotel is adjacent to the Fairlane shopping Center. Please see the map here:
If you are flying into Detroit Metro, the hotel is about 20 minutes away ($20-$30 cab fare).
8. Are tickets refundable?
As with all events of this kind, tickets are not refundable but they are transferable to either another person or to the next year’s conference.
